Kyuri Kim, who was born in Seoul, South Korea, is an electronic musician and Interdisciplinary artist known as QRIAN.

She writes, performs and produces her own music with original recordings, electronic instruments and software, collecting noises from everyday life and generating or transforming different waves expressing narratives. Her past narratives include cross-cultural identity, socio-political discourse, locations and natures, emotions and moods, meanings or non-meanings. QRIAN's primary instrument is her voice and integrates technology into her performances in avant-pop ways.

She also curates and hosts BYULGORAE, a live electronic music event that supports and amplifies independent electronic artists' live music scene.

QRIAN extends her artistic practice beyond sound, exploring integrated forms of art and technology, leaving audiences with vivid and memorable moments that can be recalled in the very present. Her current projects and dedication are not only for auditory experiences but also for visual, tangible, and interactive or responsive sensations communicated through a wide array of mediums.
